No, CT is delivered via e-mail. Only some samples might be posted here or on other sites.

Will I need any special software?

Not really. For PDF files you need Acrobat Reader, available for free download from Adobe. For CBV and PGN format files you can download Chess Base Light from www.chessbase.com. 

Are there any special deals?
